RBS

The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Corporate and Institutional Banking wanted to create a new internal culture and break the boring bank stereotype, with the aim of delivering a better experience to their customers.

Orb were asked to create and run a Visual Thinking session to get their people thinking differently, generate ideas and enact genuine behaviour change.

From the venue – which, was an old bus shelter turned social enterprise – to live interactive illustration sessions, every aspect of the day was designed to flip the boring banker analogy on its head; we got everyone excited about implementing new ideas and practical solutions to personally improve the RBS customer experience.
