The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) Corporate and Institutional Banking asked us to do something different for their Midlands & East of England’s Conference.

RBS know that if you want real culture change to happen then you can’t just tell people how to act and think; you need them to feel part of the process so they’re fully engaged and inspired to behave and think differently.

Thinking outside the bank
From the venue – which, was an old bus shelter turned social enterprise – to live interactive illustration sessions, every aspect of the day was created to get flip the boring banker analogy on its head; we got everyone excited about implementing new ideas and practical solutions to personally improve the RBS customer experience.
