Pegasus Group are a leading development consultancy; mainly providing planning, design, environmental, economics and heritage services within the development industry, they operate across the entire country.
Worried that their brand had become outdated, disjointed and confusing, they needed our help to rebrand into something modern, clear and compelling for both staff and clients alike.
We ran focus groups, workshops, surveys and interviews to gather insights from both their staff and clients. This helped us uncover what really made Pegasus Group special.
Strategy & Design
A theme of expertise and dedication emerged, and this provided the building blocks for the new brand. The new strategy was built on a proposition of ‘Expertly Done” which was brought to life in a new visual identity that injected more life and personality into the brand.
We worked closely with their teams to design and build a responsive new website as well as other brand communications that would provide a platform to shout about everything they do.
Onboarding and Embedding
To end the 18-month project we launched the brand at a huge event with over 300 staff attending.
