Rob is the beating heart of the agency, a born leader that fires up the team to be better every day. With over 16 years experience running an agency, his experience spans many sectors: banking, finance, FMCG, fast fashion and a lot more.
An outsourced CMO and non-exec director. Her 10 years agency side saw her working with major brands at M&C Saatchi and Havas, such as persuading sports fans to drink more Lucozade Sport, getting Brits to fall in love with the Amber Nectar and making washing machines live longer with Calgon.

If you want to get things done and done right, then Hannah is your girl! She’s the organisation queen with a spread sheet for everything. With over 15 years experience in the industry, your project could not be in a more safe pair of hands.

Ron is competitive to say the least – but his passion to excel and maximise performance means that the digital campaigns he oversees are bound to succeed. With nearly 10 years of experience in the sector his insight has been trusted by the likes of Mydentist and Turtle Bay.
An inquisitive brand focused creative with over 15 years of experience in a variety of sectors including retail, tech, wellness, hospitality, food & beverage, and sports -for a wide range of international brands. A hybrid who bridges the gap between strategy that makes sense and final creative execution. Having worked in different places around the world. Sanj has a passion for discovering new cultures, places and people.
A big creative geek at heart but probably wouldn’t admit it. A keen passion for branding and if the client isn’t buzzing he isn’t done. A real people person and is at his best building new relationships and strengthening existing ones. Brings 15+ years experience working in the industry across various sectors and worked on clients such as Ocado and SuperDry.
Senior Digital Lead
Stu has spent the last 6 years in agency life, sharpening his skills and ensuring there’s not an area of digital marketing he hasn’t explored. He knows a thing or two about building quality relationships and will always be the first to ask what you did at the weekend. Having worked across a diverse range of brands including Selco Builders Warehouse, Goodyear, Persimmon Homes and Freedom Brewery, you can trust Stu to look after you.
Think of him like a strategy Swiss Army Knife; from TV advertising campaigns for major theme parks, to repositioning a brewery, to running a national recruiter’s internal launch event, he’s got the creative and strategic skills for the job.
Bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, Guy injects his can-do attitude across everything at Orb. His marketing toolbox spans from the digital to the creative, and pretty much everything in-between. He’s a content king, a design dynamo, a motion machine... in fact, we’re still trying to work out if there’s anything he can’t do. He’s not just Guy, he’s Thee Guy
