Senior Account Manager (Brand Manager)

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager (we call them Brand Managers) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our growing team in our Birmingham city centre office.

As a Brand Manager at ORB you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients and our creative team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Upholding excellent customer service and client experience
  • Manage multiple high value accounts and developing positive working relationships with clients
  • Using contacts to generate new business
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal team to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the project
  • Manage weekly project status documents for review
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight
  • Having a key focus on project management and ensuring that comprehensive briefs are provided for internal team members
  • Supporting new business, pitching, delivering proposals and growing accounts
  • Reporting on profitability and project delivery to the Leadership Team
  • Getting under the skin of clients’ businesses and aligning business and brand strategy
  • Admin and organisation

It is also essential to be good with numbers, IT literate and skilled at negotiating and motivating others, with a proven ability to present new ideas with conviction.

Account Executive (Brand Executive)

We are looking for an Account Executive (we call them Brand Executives) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to join our growing team in our Birmingham city centre office.

As a Brand Executive at ORB you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients and our creative team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with Brand Managers and supporting them to devise a proposal that meets the client's brief and budget
  • Ensure that comprehensive briefs are provided for internal team members
  • Checking and reporting on the progress at all stages
  • Keeping in contact with the client to ensure client satisfaction
  • Supporting the Brand Managers with the account's budget and the invoicing process
  • General support as required for the Brand Managers.
