Marketing Campaign Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Manager to a fast-growing, specialist branding agency in Birmingham city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B Marketer to join a team of strategic branding specialists. A clear thinker and communicator, you will be an instrumental force in bringing our clients’ brand strategy and visual IDs to life through
strategic, creative brand activation and marketing campaigns.

The Role

  • Delivering B2B and B2C communications, channel plans, digital strategies and a variety of collateral for the agency’s clients
  • Planning, implementing, managing, evaluating and reporting on marketing campaigns
  • Working with the agency’s Creatives and Strategists, clients, and multiple vendors to concept, create, plan and implement multichannel campaigns
  • Writing clear, concise and compelling copy for client presentations, blogs, newsletters, social media, etc.
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders and partners to organise events
  • Collaborate with media agencies, digital agencies and content production agencies to deliver complex campaigns


  • Have a proven track-record of campaign creation and management
  • Have experience with CRM and newsletter management systems
  • Have proven experience creating, managing, analysing and reporting on campaigns
  • Knowledgeable of a variety of marketing research sources to evidence recommendations and suggestions
  • Have mastery of up to date digital analytics and reporting tools
  • Are confident managing and delegating tasks to a project team
  • Are confident presenting to senior stakeholders and clients
  • Are a brilliant writer with an eye for detail that is comfortable writing tailored communications for a range of sectors, including tech, utilities, manufacturing and professional services

Experience and qualifications

  • Demonstrable B2B and B2C campaign experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years agency experience and/or executive-level client-side experience working first-hand with Senior Management Teams and Trustees
  • At least 1 year management experience preferred
  • University-level Marketing, Branding or Business qualification and/or CIM qualification strongly preferred
