Leaders visit with Common Purpose

Last week it was a real privilege to host a visit from a group of Birmingham’s senior leaders as part of their Common Purpose course.

The visit was a real hit, and the refreshing vibrancy of the group meant I was bombarded with questions. The session was very ORB-esque, ending with a spell of visual thinking.

On a selfish note, it was great to see how the visits are structured, as our very own Lauren Gamlin will be starting the Midlands Navigator course next month. Best of luck, Lauren.
