Business Development Manager

ORB is looking for Business Development Manager to join our team and help retain a sharp focus on growth.

 

This is a brand new role so as Business Development Manager you’ll have plenty of scope and opportunity to not only play a key part in the continued growth of the agency, but, if successful, you’ll also have excellent personal development opportunities. It’s essential that you’ve got well honed business development skills – you’ll need an upbeat and energetic character and a real knack for getting in front of key decision makers. We need someone who understands the subtleties of a consultative sell, who’s confident, but not pushy. It’s important you understand the marketing and design industry too as you’ll be selling branding solutions, however, we’re not expecting you to be a strategist – that’s left to others in the agency.
